Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We partner with third-party suppliers who ship directly to you. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Origin Products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may originate from locations outside the United States. Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations.

Import Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
